what is the equation, in slope-intercept form, of the line that is parallel to the line y-1=4(x+3) and passes through the point (4,32)

substitutethe point (x1, y1) i.e. (4, 32), and m = 4 (since the lines are parallel they have the same slope) into the equation
y -y1 = m(x - x1)
e.g. y - 32 = 4 (x - 4)
