15/y+11-10/y+3=0
15/y-10/y=5/y 11+3=14
5/y+14=0
o-14=-14
5/y=-14
y=-5/14

For this case we have the following expression:

(15)/(y)+11-(10)/(y)+3=0
What we must do for this case is to place the variables on the left side of the equation and the constants on the right side of the equation.
We have then:

(15)/(y)-(10)/(y)=-11-3
Rewriting the expression we have:

(15-10)/(y)=-14

(5)/(y)=-14
Then, clearing the value of y we have:

(-5)/(14)=y
Answer:
The value of the variable y is:

(-5)/(14)=y
