The answer is "dilating blood vessels" or option D. What happen is when your doing physical activity it will increase your heart rate. (meaning it's not C) Then because of that your body will start to sweat which causes dilating blood vessels. Then it will cause your body to release heat. (meaning it's not options A, and B)
