Answer:

(3)/(5x^(6)y^(6))

Explanation:

(-9x^(-1)y^(-9))/(-15x^5y^(-3))

To simplify the expression , apply exponential property

(a^m)/(a^n) =a^(m-n) when the base are same then we subtract the exponents.

(x^(-1))/(x^5) =x^(-1-5)=x^(-6)

(y^(-9))/(y^(-3)) =y^(-9+3)=y^(-6)

Divide both number by 3

(3x^(-6)y^(-6))/(5)

Write the answer with positive exponent

(3)/(5x^(6)y^(6))
