The answer is hepatoportal system. This system that directs blood from the spleen and digestive system (small intestines) to the liver. The liver then breaks down any toxins and metabolites before recirculating the blood. The liver also processes glucose and fats brought in by the blood.

Answer;
Hepatic portal system
A specialized part of the venous system that filters the blood and metabolizes various drugs is called the Hepatic portal system.

Explanation;
The hepatic portals system
is part of the venous system or the body's filtration system. It is a series of veins that are responsible for carrying blood from the capillaries of the stomach, intestines, spleen, and pancrease to capillaries in the liver. The system filters blood and also helps in the metabolism of various drugs; once a drug is taken it is absorbed into the digestive system and enters the hepatic portal system, then carried by portal vein to the liver before it reaches the blood stream.
