F(c)=9/5c+32

where c is the temperature in degrees Celsius. Find the temperature in degrees Fahrenheit (to the nearest degree) if it is 17 °c outside.

Answer: 62.6°F

This is very easy, First you have to substitute c with 17. Your equation would now be set up like this, F(17)=9/5(17)+32. (Remember PEMDAS) Multiply 17 by 9 to get 153. Next you divide 153 by 5, which will get you the answer of 30.6. Last add 32 to 30.6 and get 62.6°f, not enough to get snow but its getting chilly.
