Calculate the length of the outside of the tire, which is the circumference of the tire.
Circumference = 2 x radius x PI
Circumference = 2 x 0.45 x 3.14 = 2.83 meters.

It travels 2.88 meters per second.

Divide the circumference by the amount of travel:

2.83 / 2.88 = 0.98 seconds to make one revolution.
