Hi there!

πd = Circumference of th' circle

\frac {22}{7} × d = 15 ft

d = 15 ×
\frac {7}{22}

d =
\frac {105}{22}

d = 4. 77

Hence, the required dia-meter = 4. 77

~ Hope it helps!
