You don't have any choices for this, but no matter. We can figure it out anyway. The standard form of a circle is
(x-h)^2+(y-k)^2=r^2, where h is the x coordinate of the center and k is the y coordinate of the center. Our h is -3 and our k is 2, with r = 2. Filling in, we have
(x-(-3))^2+(y-2)^2=2^2. Simplifying we have
(x+3)^2+(y-2)^2=4. That's the equation you're looking for.
