Answer : When we add sodium carbonate with calcium chloride we get the below reaction :

Na_(2)CO_(3) + CaCl_(2) ----\ \textgreater \ CaCO_(3) + 2NaCl

We observe that the calcium carbonate is precipitate out after the double displacement reaction takes place amongst the sodium carbonate and calcium chloride reactant.

A solid white precipitate of calcium carbonate is formed as insoluble solid in the solution. Rest all other remains in the ionic form in the aqueous state.
