Quadrant 1 ⇒ (x, y)

Quadrant 2 ⇒ (-x, y)

Quadrant 3 ⇒ (-x, -y)

Quadrant 4 ⇒ (x, -y)

You have the point (1/2, -1.8), which would be positive x and negative y (x, -y).
This point would go in Quadrant 4.

Quadrant IV is your answer.
