The answer would be
option B "Collecting taxes."
Articles of Confederation also gave state legislature which allowed states to make their own laws which is why it's not option C. It's not option D because the Bill of Rights is when the government will p
rotecting individual rights. It's also wouldn't be option A printing money because that was the first national banks job.
