Is heart disease an inevitable part of growing older? Why or why not? What steps should we all take every day to increase our heart health? Why do you think people often disregard behaviors that lead to heart health? What specifically can you do to influence the people in your life toward heart health?

Heart disease is something one can get at a very early age. Which is mainly due to bad health, such as a unhealthy diet and no exercise at all. The heart does so many things for the body, and without a working and healthy heart, you would be dead. In order to keep a healthy heart, you need to exercise, eat right, and make sure you have normal blood pressure. Stress is a big factor of heart disease, because the heart can only take so much. If you can control the amount of stress in your life, and calm down when you are faced with stress, then you should be okay on the blood pressure side. Always remember your blood pressure should be 60-80/100-120 mgdL. For the community aspect, you can create health campaigns to make sure everyone stays on track and it will definitely benefit the community! The more they know, the better! I hope this helped you! Message me if you have any other questions! Have a great day XD
