we have that
(x²+10x+16)/(x-3) >0

we know that
the value of x = 3 can not belong to the solution of the problem since the denominator cannot be zero

(x²+10x+16)/(x-3) >0

using a graph tool
see the attached figure

the solution set of the inequality is the interval
(--8, -2) ∩ (3,∞)
the values of - 8,-2 and 3 are not included in the solution

the answer is the option D
