Judging by the question I identified two different situations.

The promoter's cost of service is $7500 on the spot, and then $6 per ticket they sell.
While the concert charges $95 per ticket.

Thus to solve this question you need to first calculate the amount of money the concert gained from tickets sold. I used the equation 1200(95) to find the value.
The answer should be $114,000.

I next found the value of how much the promoter will cost. To do this I first subtracted $7500 from the $114,000, which gave me $106,500.
I then found out how much the promoter charged for all the tickets sold by using this equation, 1200(6). The product I got was $7200.
I then subtracted the $7200 from the remaining $106,500 to get $99,300 as profit from the concert.

Hope this is correct & hope this helps!
