the two lines graphed below are perpendicular. if the slope of the solid line is 3/4, what is the slope of the dashed line?

let the solid line be slope1 and dashed line be slope2

For the dashed line to be perpendicular,the slope has to be:
slope1 x slope2 = -1
thus
3/4 x slope2= -1
slope2 = -4/3

its -4/3 because the line is perpendicular
