The mixed number -4 1/5 can be written as the improper fraction -19/15
It's false
- 4 1/5 = - (20/5 + 1/5) = -21/5

I think its false because to make an improper fraction, you have to take the denominator (5), multiply it with the whole number (-4), then add the numerator (1). then put all of that over the original denominator (5) and you get (-19/5).
