Pell grants is give the full freedom for the granted to either repay it or not depending on their financial situation in the future
There are a couple of limitations for students who could be considered as eligible for the grants, such as:
- They must live in poverty line
- It is only available for bachelor degree payments
- The candidate fulfill required GPA score
