(f/g)(x) means to divide f(x) by g(x) so we get
(f/g)(x) = (x^3 + 2)/(x-9), but x cannot be equal to 9 or we will divide by 0 since x - 9 is a denominator
the answer is (x^3+2)/(x-9), x ≠9 (third choice)
