Well you can take breaks when your eyes start to hurt or feel tired that is when you need to take a hour break so help stop eyestrain because after that you could start getting eye damage. Hope this helps

take brakes when using computers, watch tv as far away as possible, eat foods with lots of vitamin A, such as carrots. hope this helps! :)
