C.Decrease in the health of the population.

The great famine has been dubbed a rushing program by Stalin to quickly industrialize the soviet union. some have referred to it as a famine-genocide. However, it resulted to millions of death,deterioration of health of several people and especially Ukrainians. However, the collectivization also achieved rapid industrialization.
