Jorge wants to determine the enlarged dimension of a digital photo to be used as wallpaper on his computer screen the original photo was 800 pixels wide by 600 pixels high the new photo will be 1260 pixels wide what will the new height be

To solve this probem you must apply the proccedure shown below:
1. You have the original photo was
800 pixelswide and the new photo will be
1260 pixels wide. Therefore, the factor is:

F=1206/800 \\ F=1.575
2. Now, you can calculate the height of the new photo by multiplying the factor by the original height:

h=(600 pixels)(1.575) \\ h=945 pixels
Therefore, the answer is:
945 pixels
