The answer to this question is TRUE.   Critical thinking is an excellent and outstanding form and based on intellectual values that surpass subject matter like clarity, consistency, the relevance of evidence, accuracy, good reasons, and fairness. It is also a disciplined process that skillfully conceptualized, analyzed and evaluated information gathered from generated observation, reflection, and experience.
