is incorrect. This is not a states' right's issue. It had more to do with what every citizen has a right to expect.

Can't be right. Segregation is never a solution to anything. It makes the bad worse and the good without as much merit as it might.

racism even with good public education is still with us. We still talk about the difficulty between the races.
