From 600 to 649, there are 25 people or 25%.
From 650 to 699, there are ABOUT 45 people or 45% (43 people)
From 700 to 749, there are 25 people or 25%.

It’s quite simple. Take the total percentage of people from this- 25*2 and add 43. It’s 93%
