Hi there!

Vertical Angles are th' congruent angles located diagonally opposite to each other.

∴ m∠S = m∠R = 70°.

Accr'ding to the question :-

Twice of m∠R = 2 × m∠R

=> 2 × 70°

=> 140°

Hence,
Option [ 2. ] : 140° is Correct

I think the answer is 140, because in the question is asked twice angle R, so I multiplied 70 x 2= 140.
Answer= 140
