Column C, starting from the top and going down: $12.33, $13.00, $10.50, $10.00, $6.00, $8.00, $4.25, $10.50, $11.50, and $8.50

Column F, Starting from the top and going down: $4,650, $4,650, $4,650, $4,600, $4,600, $4,600, $5,000, $5,000, $4,625, and $4,625.

I don't really understand column G yet, so that's all I have. Hope it helped a little bit.
