third person limited only allows the narrator to access the thoughts and emotions of one character, usually, the protagonist  while third person omniscient allows the narrator insight into the thoughts and feelings of all characters

A third person limited narrator can only tell the feelings of one character. The other characters' thoughts and feelings are unknown. A third person omniscient narrator can tell the feelings of all the characters (or they have the ability to). I hope this helps!
