The correct answer is a.
You can find this by using each of the ordered pairs in the equation and seeing if the statements are true. The work for the a ordered pairs is below.
(-2, -14)
y = 7x
-14 = 7(-2)
-14 = -14
(3, 21)
y = 7x
21 = 7(3)
21 = 21
(-4, -28)
y = 7x
-28 = 7(-4)
-28 = -28
