the picture in the attached figure

we know that

the equation of a line that has a slope of 3 and a y-intercept at (0, 0) is
y-y1=m*(x-x1)
y-0=3*(x-0)------> y=3x

case a) Line AB
m=0

case b) Line CD
C (-3,0) D(3,2)
slope m=(2-0)/(3+3)-----> m=2/6------> m=1/3

case c) Line FG
slope is negative

case d) Line HJ
H( -1,-4) J(1,2)
slope m=(2+4)/(1+1)-----> m=6/2-----> m=3

this is the solution because parallel lines are the same slope

the answer is
Line HJ
