y = MX + C
(0,3)
0 is x1 and 3 is y1
-6 is the gradient/slope
so therefore y = -6x + 3

# Slope-intercept form
y = mx + b
with m stands for the slope, b stands for the y-intercept

# Given from the question
m = -6
y-intercept = 3 ((0,3) means that the y-intercept is equal to 3)

# Solution: substitute the information to the slope-intercept form
y = mx + b
y = -6x + 3

The equation of the line is y = -6x + 3
