Use the factor label method (or whatever your teacher calls it) to make the conversion. Use the fact that there are 12 inches in 1 foot to do this.
(32ft)/(s ^(2) ) * (12in)/(1ft). The feet labels cancel each other out leaving you with in per second squared. And when you multiply straight across the top you get 384 in per second squared, choice C
