Divide 210 by 70
210/70=3
3 is the answer

Assume blank is x. So then we have 70 * x=210
or 70x=210. Divide both sides by 70
70x=210
x=30
The value of the blank is 3
P.S. I think I made this too complicated. Just divide both sides by 70 and you will get the answer
