Let's work this problem from inside the parentheses.

(
( w^(15) )/( w^(5) ) simplifies to
w^(10)
Now we have

(w^(10))^(4) which simplifies to
w^(40)

Final Answer:
w^(40)

\left((w^(15))/(w^5)\right)^4=\left(w^(15-5)\right)^4=\left(w^(10)\right)^4=w^(10\cdot4)=w^(40)\\\\\text{Answer:}\ \boxed{w^(40)}\\\\\text{Used:}\\\\(a^n)/(a^m)=a^(n-m)\\\\\left(a^n\right)^m=a^(n\cdot m)
