The x-intercepts of f(x) = (x - 4)(x + 4)
f(x) = 0 ↔ (x - 4)(x + 4) = 0 ↔ x = -4 or x = 4
The midpoint of x-intercepts is ((x₁ + x₂) : 2; 0).
Substitute:
((-4+4) : 2; 0) = (0 : 2; 0) = (0; 0)
