First, reflect the triangle across y-axis. Point (x,y) will have the result of (-x,y) after being reflected across y-axis.
See image attached. Point A is located at (-3,1), point B is located at (-1,1), point C is located at (-3,5). The reflected point (-x,y) will be A'(3,1), B'(1,1), C'(3,5). The image will be the option B.

Second, image B is reflected to x-axis. Point (x,y) will have the result of (x,-y) after being reflected across x-axis. Point A' is located at (3,1), Point B' is located at (1,1), Point C' is located at (3,5). The reflected point (x,-y) will be A''(3,-1), B''(1,-1), C''(3,-5). The image will be the option D.

FINAL ANSWER: D
