The product of something means the answer you get when you multiply the two things. The product of 4/3 and 11/9 is 44/27. 4/3 is equivalent to 36/44.

44/27 > 36/44
11/9 > 1

Therefore, the first option (“Because 11/9 is greater than 1, the product of 4/3 and 11/9 is greater than 4/3”) is correct.
