For this case we have the following functions:

y = 2 y = 3x
To find the algebraic solution we must equal both equations.
We have then:

2 = 3x
Clearing x we have:

x = 2/3
Then, the ordered pair solution is:

(x, y) = (2/3, 2)
Answer:
(x, y) = (2/3, 2)
