The main differences between wind erosion and water and glacier erosion is that:
- Wind erosion needs longer time, while the water and glacier erosion needs much less time to take place and reshape the landscape.
- Wind erosion has much less power in it, water and glacier erosion wotk with much greater force and pressure.
- Wind erosion only manages to break rocks bit by bit in micro particles and thus making sand out of them, while water and glacier erosion and breaking whole pieces of rocks in solid form and transport them as such, thus making a whole different landscape.
