The answer would be D. 5 inches.
First, cubes have six sides, so you have to divide 150 square inches by 6 ( the number of sides) You get 25 square inches for each side. Square root is 25 which is 5, so each side length is 5 inches.

a cube has six sides so i divide 150 by 6 which is 25, so now we know wach side has an area of 25 square inches, square root 25 is 5. now we know each side length is 5 inches
