Well if I use common sense, it is gallons.

Explanation:

Think of a pool, people always say how much is in it by gallons. Also everything else is too small of a measurement.

5.2×10^6 would equate to 5200000 table spoons, if there US tablespoons it would be about 20312.5 US gallons or 76.89117686 cubic meters. those are the two most apropriate mesurements i could think of for the size.
