This is a strange problem!

Know how to graph m<2? Plot an empty circle at m=2 and from there draw a vector to the left. m<4? Plot an empty circle at m=<4 and from there draw a vector to the left. Between m = 2 and m=4 there's a set of numbers {2<m<4}. But to the left of m=2 is an entirely different set of numbers made up of 2 subsets: m<2 and m<4. Due to the addition sign in the given statement (above), this set would be 2m, only for x<2.
