A triangular space between three streets has measurements shown. how much new curbing will be needed to go around the space? how much sod will be needed to cover the space? a right triangle has a vertical side of length 42 meters, a horizontal side of length 34 meters, and a third side of length 54.0 meters. 42 m 54.0 m 34 m the space needs 130.0 m curbing. the space needs 714 m squared sod.

If the right triangle has legs with lengths 42 m and 34 m and the hypotenuse with length 54 m, then you need:
1. P=42+34+54=130m (perimeter) of new curbing to go around the space between three streets;

2.
A= (1)/(2) \cdot 42\cdot 34=714 sq. m. (area) of
sod to cover the space.

All given choices are right.
