What is the meaning of these lines from sonnet VII? "perhaps my semblance might deceive the truth, that I to manhood am arrived so near, and inward ripeness doth much less appear..."

a) i do not mean to lie to u but i am almost a man

b) i have a great talent that you have not seen

c) it is impossible to deceive you by claiming i am Older than I look

d) I may appear to be a man but I am not yet mentally mature

a) I do not mean to lie to u but I am almost a man.
John Milton's poem How Soon Hath Time, stanzas 3 and 4 shows his laments that his youth has been robbed by time. He explains that the many years he has lived had not added physical much less mental maturity in him.
