Amount of interest at 7% and amount of interest at 5% equals total interest
x(0.07) + (x-1300)(0.05) = $211
0.07x + 0.05x - $65 =$211
0.02x = $211-$65 =$146
$146
x = ---------- = $7300
0.02

$7300 at 7% and $6000 at 5%.
