How do i show that y= 2/3x +2 is parallel to 3y-2x =6

y=2/3x+2 is the given
3y-2x=6
+2x +2x
---------------
3y= 2x+6
--- ---------
3 3
y=2/3x+2
So the two equation are a coincide line to each other meaning its the same line
