What should you do if the exercise schedule you make for yourself is not working out well by mid week

don’t try to restart you entire exercise schedule start little by little (like change eating one week, and then the next week do 30 min of cardio every day or something like that)

If you see that your exercise schedule is not working out then re-make your schedule.
