Because the 2 lines are parallel, (5x+5) + 115 need to equal 180.

Solving for X:

5x+5 +115 = 180

5x + 120 = 180

Subtract 120 from each side:
5x = 60

Divide both sides by 5
x= 60/5
X = 12
