Can someone explain how the answer is p<18? I understand you flip the sign but how do you get 18?

The first step would be to subtract the 15, giving you
(-4)/(5) p \ \textgreater \ (3)/(5) -15, after that you would divide by
(-4)/(5), and flip the fraction. You'd divide both the
(3)/(5) and the -15 by
(-4)/(5). At this point you should have p < 18.75 - 0.75. which after simplifying would give you p < 18.
