For one, there would have been far more Cubans in America.
However, there would have been other long-term changes.
As a Cuban Territory, it would probably have an American Military base which would in turn provide jobs to thousands of people on the Island.
However, Cuba's agriculture produce would give a huge competition to Hawaii in terms of Pineapple production, Coconut etc.
Cuba itself would be the biggest producer of tobacco products in the United States and would become an integral summer tourist destination, on par with the Bahamas.
